It was initiated by Mr Larry Russo, Office of Biomass Program, US Department of Energy in January 2006 and led by Dr Michael Ladisch of Purdue University, USA. The participants were Finland, the Netherlands, Sweden, United Kingdom, USA, and the European Commission. |
