Enhanced emission performance and fuel efficiency of HD methane engines 2014: Summary brochure

This is the Summary brochure of the the joint project between IEA Bioenergy Task 41 Bioenergy Systems Analysis and the Advanced Motor Fuels Implementing Agreement Annex 39 on Enhanced emission performance and fuel efficiency of HD methane engines. The goal of the project was to investigate how far the level of the development of methane fuelled engines for heavy duty vehicles had reached as well as to assess the potential to reach high energy efficiency, sustainability and emission performance.
