Woody Biomass and Climate workshop
15 April 2021 (online)
This meeting was organized by IEA Bioenergy, European Forest Institute and The Royal Swedish Academy of Agriculture and Forestry. The meeting provided an opportunity to learn about the Joint Research Centre (JRC) report ´The use of woody biomass for energy production in the EU´ and to discuss with the report authors. Four complementary presentations contributed additional perspectives on forest bioenergy and forestry in general.
We thank all participants for joining the meeting and for sharing views and perspectives during the discussion sessions. The presenters have generously allowed us to share the recordings of the presentations and the presentations slides. These are available via the links below the meeting agenda.
