IEA Bioenergy Preannouncement: Call for Tender for Website Redesign

The Executive Committee (ExCo) of the IEA Bioenergy Technology Collaboration Programme – IEA Bioenergy TCP is pleased to announce plans to launch an open Call for Tender for the redesign of its website – ieabioenergy.com. This initiative aims to create a modern, intuitive, and visually compelling platform that reflects the latest web standards while enhancing user experience and accessibility.

The upcoming Call for Tender will invite proposals from qualified contractors to not only reimagine the design and functionality of the site, but also to seamlessly migrate all existing content to the new platform.

The call is scheduled to open in early July 2026 and will remain active until early September 2026. Following this, submissions will be carefully evaluated during September and October 2026, leading to the selection and appointment of the successful contractor.

Work on the project is expected to commence in late 2026, or early 2027 at the latest – marking an exciting new chapter for the IEA Bioenergy’s online presence.
